摘　　要：出院病案在医疗、教学、科研、法律等领域具有重要作用。本文分析了所在医院出院病案不能及时归档的原因,以期加强出院病案的规范性、完整性、及时性,为医院实现精细化管理发挥其应有作用。Hospital discharge records play key roles in health care, teaching, scientific research, and legal issues. This article analyzes the reasons why some hospital discharge records were not timely filed, with an attempt to enhance the informalityi completeness, and timeliness of documentation and facilitate the delicacy management of the hospitals.
