摘　　要：通过在聚落中的调研实践,指出木结构的更新问题对于传统聚落发展的意义,总结了调研中发现的木结构民居维护和更新中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的应对策略,为今后类似工程提供了参考依据。Through the investigation and practice in settlement,this paper pointed out the significance of wooden structure updating problems to the development of traditional settlements,summed up the existed problems of wooden structure residential maintenance and updating in investigation,and put forward specific coping strategies,provided reference for future similar projects.
