摘　　要：结合太原市光信.国信嘉园小区一住宅楼工程实例,详细阐述了其户式集中空调设计和户式中央新风系统设计要点,以提高居住建筑品质,满足人民生活对户式中央空调及新风系统的要求。Combining with the Taiyuan Guangxin·Guoxin Jiayuan neighborhoods-residential buildings project,this paper elaborated in detail the design key points of household central air conditioning and household central fresh air system,in order to improve the residential quality,satisfied people＇s living requirements to household central fresh air conditioning system.
