摘　　要：重点阐述湘江大源渡枢纽工程的建成在实现“以电养航，以电促航”方面的经济体会，并纵观全省综合运输体系的总格局，结合我国西部开发的新形势，提出了如何抓住机遇，促进湘江株洲航电枢纽、常德－鲇鱼口航运、长沙主枢纽港建设，发展全省水运事业的新思路。The experience and understandings concerning“ Supporting and Promoting Navigation Relying on Hydropower” after completion of construction of Xiangjiang Dayuandu Junction are emphatically expounded. Scanning the overall pattern of the comprehensive transport system of the whole province, and in combination with the new circumstances of“ Western Region Deve－ lopment” of China, some new ideas on how to seize the opportunity and promote construction of Xiangjiang Zhuzhou navigation－ hydropower junction, Changde─ Nianyukou navigation and Changsha hub port, so as to develop the water transportation cause of the whole province.
