摘 要:介绍了转炉中采用高拉碳法冶炼中高碳钢的方法。针对转炉脱磷率低、喷溅控制困难、炉底波动大等问题,莱钢炼钢厂根据自身的生产条件,在冶炼中高碳钢(wC>0.4%)时,采用高拉补吹工艺。通过对不同的枪位、氧压、加料时机、拉碳时机进行试验,得到了冶炼中高碳钢的操作模型。通过采用高碳出钢调渣工艺,终点渣况得到明显改善,解决了冶炼中后期炉渣"返干"、炉底波动过大等问题,达到了高碳低磷出钢的目的。终点平均碳质量分数由0.11%提高到0.25%,终点磷质量分数平均小于0.023%。This paper introduces the method of catch carbon to produce medium-high carbon steel in converter. According to its own production conditions ,Laigang adopts catch carbon and re-blowing method in the process of producing medium-high carbon steel ( wc 〉 0.4% ) to resolve the problems of lower rate of dephosphorizing,difficult splashing control and big fluctuations at the bottom of the converter. Through testing on different lance height, oxygen pressure, feeding time and catch carbon time, the performance model of producing middle-high carbon steel was gotten. The purpose of high carbon and low phosphorus tapping was achieved by the method of high carbon tapping and slag adjusting, which improves the endpoint slag status and further resolves the problems of slag getting dry in the middle and late period of smelting and big bottom fluctuation. The average content of carbon is increased from 0.11% to 0.25% at end-smelting,and the average content of phosphorus is less than 0.023%.
