摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理在门诊医务人员手卫生依从性规范管理中的应用。方法应用计划-实施-检查-处理(PDCA)循环管理对门诊医务人员手卫生进行持续质量改进,观察实施前后的效果。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,门诊医务人员手卫生知识知晓率、手卫生合格率和护士洗手依从性均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环管理进行持续质量改进,可有效提高医务人员手卫生状况。Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle management on hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in the outpatient clinic. Method The application effects of PDCA cycles of planning - do - check - action on continuous quality improvement of hand hygiene of clinic medical staff was observed before and after the implementation. Results The knowledge of hand hygiene, qualified rate of hand hygiene and hand washing compliance were improved after the implementation of PDCA cycle management （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle of planning - do - check - action on continuous quality improvement can improve hand hygiene of medical staff effectively.
