摘 要:目的观察局域空气层流机对口腔种植手术室空气持续消毒与一次消毒的效果。方法使用局域空气层流机分别采用持续消毒、一次消毒两种方法对口腔种植手术室空气进行消毒,并动态监测。结果持续消毒法使空气中细菌菌落数控制在国家标准范围内,消毒效果明显优于一次消毒法(P<0.01)。结论应用局域空气层流机对口腔种植手术室空气持续消毒可以降低空气中的细菌含量,达到动态消毒效果,满足国家卫生部对手术室空气洁净度的要求。Objective To observe the disinfection effects of local air laminar flow system performed in dental implant surgery in two ways, continuous disinfection and one time disinfection. Methods Local air laminar flow system was performed continuously or just one time before surgery in a chosen dental implant surgery. And the air quality was dynamically detected during the surgery. Results The bacterial and particle concentrations was kept in a low level with local air laminar flow system performed continously,which was below the limits of the state standard. The continuous disinfection effect was significantly better than one time disinfection ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Local air laminar flow system can reduce the bacterial and particle concentrations in the surgery and get the dynamic disinfection effect and meet the requirements of national health ministry operation room air cleanliness.
