摘　　要：MDEL200型轮胎式提梁机是为铁路施工而开发的新机型,该机将传统梁场施工中需要配置的轮轨式提梁机的功能集中,从而节约设备投资费用。该机集机、电、液技术于一体,可在预制梁场内对混凝土梁进行起吊、搬运以及配合运梁车装车等作业,具有性能稳定、灵活、安全性好、高效以及功能集成化程度高等特点。MDEL200型轮胎式提梁机主要用于铁路T形梁吊运,也可用于公路、城市轻轨铁路预制桥梁的吊运。介绍MDEL200型轮胎式提梁机的主要技术参数、结构组成及主要作业功能。A wheel type lifter to handle bridge girder sections. MDEL200 wheel type beam hoister is newly developed to handle bridge girder sections in construction sites of highway and railway building both inside and outside a city that the lifter has got integrated functions for saving equipment investment. Nevertheless, the lifter gets the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic items together to handle pre-cast concrete girder sections at the casting site in cooperation with the girder carrier. Its features include functional stability, operational maneuverability, good safety and efficiency, as well as high functional integrality. MDEL200 can be used mainly to handle Ttype girders in railway construction, and handle bridge sections at highway or urban light railway building sites. The text goes further to introduce MDEL200's main tech data, composition, and important work functions.
