摘　　要：车架是自卸车的重要结构件,其整体强度关系到自卸车的工作能力及应用范围。对自卸车车架进行动态应力试验,根据车辆实际使用环境,在试验场设计不同工况进行应变信号采集,经过计算、分析,得到不同测点的应力分布情况,掌握了车架的薄弱环节。试验分析结果可为自卸车车架优化设计及疲劳寿命分析提供参考。A test and study on dumper frame's stress and strength. The frame is an important component in the dumper's construction that its integral strength relates with the dumper's operating capability and application range. Stress tests on the frame was based on the dumper's actual operational environment that various working conditions were made up at the site to collect strain signals which, thru computation, analyses, to have got stress distribution at various test points and controlled weak points in the frame. Therefore, the test and analysis results can be a reference for the dumper frame to optimize its design and analyze its fatigue life.
