摘　　要：路面冷铣刨机被广泛应用于公路养护作业中。分析路面冷铣刨机铣刨刀头在施工中的磨损情况,介绍应用路面冷铣刨机进行水泥混凝土路面拉毛及铣刨、沥青混凝土路面铣刨、车辙快速拉平处理、混凝土路口接口铣刨等公路养护作业时的施工工艺、控制方法与作业管理等应用技术,为路面冷铣刨机的使用提供参考。Solution to an excavator failing to slew. In view of a certain type hydraulic excavator that fails to slew during operation, for that an inspection according to the trouble shooting chart went through the slew brake switch, the slew motor and its valve group, the slew reduction gear and the slew bearing, and the master control valve, before finding dirt relics clustered at the master control valve of the hydraulic system, which led to eccentricity of the spool with axis of the valve body. This case has led to greater rubbing between the spool and the valve block, thus binding the entire valve as a critical trouble cause. The trouble was shot off after washing, cleaning and reassembling the master control valve.
