摘　　要：冰雪体育旅游产业已经成为黑龙江省新的经济增长点,从经济、文化、地理环境、人文环境等各个角度来审视冰雪体育旅游产业。认为社会需要是冰雪体育旅游产业发展的动力,亚洲冬季运动会、大学生冬季运动会等一系列的大型国内外比赛将为黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游业的发展带来难得机遇和深远影响;经济发展状况决定了冰雪体育旅游产业发展的特点,冰雪体育旅游已经成为人们和一种生活方式,其社会化程度也越来越高;社会生产力的发展决定冰雪体育旅游产业发展现状;大众滑雪指导员的培训、高校滑雪产业人才的培养为冰雪体育旅游产业的发展提供了技术支持;全球冰雪产业战略转移的历史机遇等因素构成了黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业发展的动因。The ice -- snow longjiang province. The above factors are the development cause of Heilongjiang ice - snow tourism industry.
