我国花样滑冰单人滑运动员提高比赛节目内容分的研究

摘　　要：我国花样滑冰单人滑运动员的技术难度较高,与国外优秀选手相比具有一定优势,但在节目内容上却存在较大差距,成为制约我国优秀运动员成绩提高的关键因素之一。采用现场统计与录像分析、数理统计等方法对我国单人花样滑冰选手在花样滑冰四大洲比赛、世界青少年锦标赛比赛中的节目内容进行分析比较。研究结果表明,当前运动员存在着基本滑行技术用冰刀刃不准确,衔接步法简单,对音乐的理解不足等问题;同时反映出对新的节目内容评分规则中表演与动作评分理解存在一定的问题。提出教练员要深刻理解新规则的内涵,对优秀运动员实施针对性的基础滑行训练,提高文化修养,增加步法的训练时间,加强音乐修养等提高节目内容评分的措施,为提高我国单人滑运动员的成绩和水平提供参考。Comparing with other excellent foreigners, the skaters of Chinese singles figure skating have an advantage of higher technical difficulty, but have a disadvantage in the programs＇content which has become a key factor of restricting Chinese excellent skaters to get a better achievement. With the methods of on - site statistics, video analysis, mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes the programs content of Chinese singles figure skating at the four continents championships and the world junior championships. The results show that the existing problems relate to inaccurate skate edge usages of basic skating skill, simple footwork, poor music understanding, partial understanding the performance and action score in new programs content score rule. As a reference for improving Chinese singles figure skating＇s achievement, it suggests some measures of improving the programs content score as follows： not only the coaches should have a deep understanding on the new rule, but also the excellent skaters should have a customized basic skating training, enhance own cultural cultivation, overtime the footwork training, improve own musicianship.
