摘　　要：冰上陀螺是不同于传统陀螺的一项新型运动,主要是改变了以往传统陀螺受场地、运动方式等诸多方面的局限。论述陀螺运动在我国的发展现状,并对黑龙江省冬季开展冰上陀螺运动项目的前景进行了分析,并通过实验,设计、研发了冰上陀螺的场地、竞赛方式、方法等,使冰上陀螺运动更具竞技性、娱乐性、大众参与性,丰富了黑龙江省冬季冰雪特色大众竞赛与旅游项目,对于开发黑龙江省冬季潜在的大众健身、娱乐、旅游市场有着良好的前景。Ice-top is a new sport which is different from traditional top,it has changed many limits to the aspects of traditional top,such as the limits of sports ground,sports modes and so on.This essay will study the developing situation of top sport in China,and analysis the outlook of ice-top of the winter sport events in our province.The most important point is we have designed ice-top＇s sports ground,sports modes,sports rules and so on by studying tests in order to make ice-top sport become more competitive,entertaining,participant,to rich the winter ice snow special events of Heilongjiang Province.This kind of sport have a promising future to potential public fitness,entertainment,and tourism market in our province.
