对独立学院提高大学生就业能力的思考

摘　　要：高等教育大众化背景下培养与提升大学生就业能力至关重要。针对少数大学生缺乏职业生涯规划意识、就业观念陈旧、就业能力较弱现状,独立学院要改革人才培养模式,完善就业与创业指导机构,建立校企合作培养机制,充分利用第二课堂开展多种活动,切实提高大学生就业能力。It is of great importance to cultivate and promote students＇ emptoyability under the background of mass higher education. Due to the deficient career planning consciousness,the obsolete employment concept and the inferior employability,independent colleges are supposed,for the practically improvement on students＇ employability, to reform the talents cultivation mode, make the improvement on the entrepreneurship and guiding institutes, establish the cultivation mechanism between colleges and enterprises,and make full use of extracurricular classrooms for variety of activities.
