我国花样滑冰双人滑男运动员膝关节屈伸肌群力量特征研究

摘　　要：花样滑冰选手的下肢承载着完成技术表演和稳定性控制的双重重任。采用Isomed2000等速肌力测试系统对我国花样滑冰双人滑3名男运动员分别在60°/s和180°/s角速度下峰力矩和相对峰力矩进行测试分析均值,探讨双人滑运动员在两种角速度下等速肌力的特征。主要结论:3名男运动员膝关节屈伸肌群整体上较为均衡,60°/s角速度下左膝屈伸肌群峰力矩和相对峰力矩高于右膝同名肌群,180°/s角速度下右膝屈伸肌群峰力矩显示出与左膝不同的特征,并且相对峰力矩与峰力矩并非呈线性关系。The lower limbs of figure skaters charge oneself with the important task of technical performance and stability control.With the Isomed2000 isokinetic muscle test system,the paper analyzes the mean values of 3 male skaters of Chinese figure pairs mixed by the peak torques at 60°/s and 180°/s,and discusses these isokinetic muscle characteristics.The main conclusion is that the 3 male skaters＇ knee joint flexors and extensors is balanced as a whole,the left knee peak torques are higher right ones at 60°/s,the right knee peak torques are different from the left ones at 180°/s,and there is not a linear relationship between the peak torques and the relative peak torques.
