十二冬运后吉林省冰雪竞技运动可持续发展的对策

摘　　要：十二冬运会吉林省总体成绩虽然好于上届,与其他冰雪大省缩短了差距,然而要想尽快提高吉林省冰雪运动项目的综合实力,促进吉林省冰雪竞技运动更快发展,吉林省需要具备战略眼光和相应的对策。重点分析了吉林省冰雪竞技运动的现状与存在的问题,依据吉林省冰雪竞技运动项目资源区域特点,提出走政府和社会相结合之路,合理配置资源,加速完善市场体系和职业体系,落实科学发展观加强后备人才培养,依靠科学技术不断提高训练的科学化程度,加大运动场馆建设等冰雪竞技运动可持续发展的战略与对策。The whole achievement of Jilin province in the 12th winter games is better than the last games,and shortens the gap from other ice-snow power provinces,but it still needs to strategically plan some related countermeasures for Jilin province to heighten own ice-snow sports comprehensive strength as soon as possible.The paper emphatically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Jilin ice-snow competitive sports.Considering the regional characteristics of Jilin ice-snow competitive sports resource,it suggests the sustainable development strategy as follows： combining with the government and the society,having reasonable resource allocation,advancing the improvement of market system and occupation system,carrying out the scientific development concept to enhance the development of reserved talents,constantly better the training scientification with the scientific technology,increasing the construction of sports stadium.
