从国际滑雪产业集聚区发展变迁看黑龙江省滑雪产业集群发展

摘　　要：从分析国际滑雪产业集聚区的发展变迁特征入手,并针对当前发展背景下黑龙江省滑雪产业集群的发展现状,从发展规划、对集群区进行精确定位、进行产业融合和构建新型产业体系等六个方面,探讨了黑龙江省滑雪产业集群的发展对策。旨在探求如何进一步发挥我国滑雪产业发展的"引导者"黑龙江省滑雪产业集群的作用,及其黑龙江省滑雪产业集群的建设和完善的策略。Starting from the analysis on the change characteristics of International ski industry cluster area,and aiming at the current development of Heilongjiang ski industry cluster,the paper discusses the development strategy of Heilongjiang ski industry cluster from several aspects such as the development planning,accurate positioning of cluster area,industrial integration and new industrial system.The purpose is to research how playing the leading role of Heilongjiang ski industry cluster on Chinese ski industry development,and the related strategy of construction and improvement.
