摘 要:Till November 3, 2012 the first in China 100-t/a unit for manufacture of homogeneous catalyst for benzene hydro-genation constructed by Liaoyang Petrochemical Company (LPC) using its independent intellectual property rights has accumulatively cranked out 8 batches of homogeneous catalyst for benzene hydrogenation amountingTill November 3, 2012 the first in China 100-t/a unit for manufacture of homogeneous catalyst for benzene hydro- genation constructed by Liaoyang Petrochemical Com- pany (LPC) using its independent intellectual property rights has accumulatively cranked out 8 batches of homo- geneous catalyst for benzene hydrogenation amounting to 544 metric tons. Application of this catalyst at company's cyclohexane unit of Nylon Plant has revealed that the benzene conversion and cyclohexane selectivity all ex- ceed 99.9%, with reliable product quality indicating to a quality attainment rate of 100 % that can fully meet the production needs of cyclohexane unit. It is learned that globally only the Research Institute of Liao Petrochemical Company and IFP possess the technology for manufacture of benzene hydrogenation catalysts. The second-generation benzene hydrogenationcatalyst developed by LPC is synthesized by means of ad- vanced complexation method which employs the carbox- ylated transition metal as the main catalyst, organic metal compound as the promoter, and organic alcohol as the ligand. Compared to the traditional Raney nickel catalyst and the first-generation benzene hydrogenation catalysts, this technology for catalyst manufacture features a short process flow scheme, stable and reliable quality indica- tors, easily controllable hydrogenation process regime, high catalyst activity, low catalyst consumption and long operating cycle. The purity of cyclohexane manufactured by using this catalyst is over 99.6% without waste dis- charge in the production process. Currently LPC has ig- nited the Promethean fire on integration of homogeneous catalyst system for benzene hydrogenation with the pro- duction process and engineering design package.
