摘  要:目的探讨血液空投试验对新鲜全血溶血(hemolysis)作用的影响。方法将18袋新鲜全血放置在储血冰箱内,24 h后取出进行地面模拟空投试验。肉眼观察样本是否溶血,并比较空投试验前后全血中的红细胞计数(redblood cell count,RBC)、红细胞压积(hematokrit,HCT)、红细胞渗透脆性(red cell osmotic fragility,ROF)、血浆游离血红蛋白(free hemoglobin,FHb)、K+、Na+的浓度。结果空投试验前和空投后未见样本溶血,RBC、HCT、红细胞脆性、FHb、K+和Na+浓度均在正常范围内,空投前后比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论模拟血液空投不会造成新鲜全血溶血现象。Objective To investigate the influence of the blood paradropping experiment on the fresh whole blood hemolysis. Methods Eighteen bags of fresh whole blood were placed in a blood storage refrigerator,and taken out for simulated paradropping experiment on the ground after 24 hours.The sample hemolysis was observed.The levels of red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),red cell osmotic fragility(ROF),plasma free hemoglobin(FHb),K+ and Na+ of the whole blood before and after paradropping were compared. Results Hemolysis of the experimental sample wasn't observed.The levels of RBC,HCT,erythrocyte fragility,FHb,K+,Na+ were normal before and after paradrop experiment without any significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Simulated blood paradrop has no influence on the fresh whole blood and wouldn't result in hemolysis.
