空降兵心理应激与气质和行为类型的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨空降兵气质和行为类型与身心应激反应的关系。方法采用心理问卷、应激调查表、气质和行为类型量表,对空降兵某部官兵1038人进行心理问卷调查。结果①人口与环境因素显示:人际关系、气候情况、业余爱好和休息情况对其心理应激具有统计学上的预测作用。②气质类型显示:不同气质类型与应激水平正相关,相关系数由大到小依次为抑郁质、胆汁质、多血质、黏液质。③行为类型显示:空降兵心理应激总分与行为类型具有显著的相关关系,相关系数由大到小依次为TH+CH,TH、CH。结论实施空降兵心理健康干预时,应充分考虑气质和行为类型及人际关系、业余爱好和文体活动等影响因素。Objective To deliberate the relation between dispositions,behaviors and psychological stress of paratroopers. Methods A self-designed psychological information questionnaire,sychological Stress for Groups Scale,Temperament and Behavior Pattern Scale were used to investigate 1038 paratroopers from an air force units. Results ①As for emotional and environmental factors,personal relationships,climate conditions,extracurricular activities and off-work rests show statistically predictable effects on mental stress.②As for means of dispositions,different types of dispositions were significantly positively related with stress levels in the order of Melancholic,Bilious,Sanguine and Phlegmatic.③As for behavior,the mental stress score was positively related with individual behavior in the order of TH＋CH,TH,CH. Conclusion Dispositions,behaviors,extracurricular activities and social relationship circles should be considered when performing psychological intervention on the paratroopers.
