摘　　要：目的探索提高医院健康体检质量的管理路径与方法,促进医院可持续发展。方法重视基础质量建设;加强环节质量管理;严格质量评估;持续质量改进。结果优化了硬件设施与体检环境,夯实了健康体检的质量基础;规范了服务行为,完善了健康体检的质量管理环节;严格了评估机制,提升了健康体检的终末质量。结论规范的健康体检质量管理系统,是提升体检质量有效途径。Objective To explore the management path and methods to improve the health examination quality, and promote the sustainable development of the hospital. Methods Basic quality construction was focused, quality manage- ment in each step was strengthened, quality evaluation was strict and quality improvement was performed consistently. Results The hardware and environment was optimized, the quality basis of health examination was consolidated, the service behavior was standardized, the steps of quality management was perfected, the quality evaluation discipline was strict and the end quality of health examination was promoted. Conclusion Standard health examination quality manage- ment system can effectively improve the health examination quality.
