摘　　要：目的探讨现代海战的伤病情特点及医学救护的合理化措施。方法回顾性分析我军历次海战、外军近期的部分局部海战的伤情特点、我海军部队疾病谱和现代武器的致伤特点。结果现代战争仍以常规武器为主要杀伤武器,现代海战伤员以四肢和头颅受伤居多,烧伤和毒气伤的比例在现代海战中呈增高的趋势,呼吸系统疾病占疾病谱的首位,精神类疾病逐渐增加。结论现代海战的伤病情特点要求合理地配备医务人员,加强医学救护训练。Objective To discuss the characteristics of modern naval illness and injury and the rational medicine rescue measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of the injury features in the naval battle of the foreign or local militaries,disease spectrum in our navy armed force,and the injury characteristics of modern weapons was performed. Results Conventional weapons were still the main lethal weapons in the modern warfare.Modern naval warfare mainly resulted in limb and head injuries.Burns and toxic injury exhibited the increasing trend.Respiratory diseases accounted for the first position in the disease spectrum and the incidence of mental disease was increasing gradually. Conclusion According to the characteristics of modern naval warfare injuries,the medical personnel should be configured reasonably and medical rescue training should be strengthened.
