摘 要:为延缓桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)抗药性的产生和发展,采用叶片浸渍法对吡虫啉、丁醚脲和溴虫腈等3种杀虫剂进行联合毒力测定,筛选出吡虫啉·丁醚脲(有效成分比1∶8.5)和吡虫啉·溴虫腈(有效成分比1∶3.8)这两个具有明显增效作用的最佳配比,它们的共毒系数(CTC)分别为250.11和201.51。田间试验结果表明:吡虫啉·丁醚脲混配剂量14g/667m2,药后7d对桃蚜的校正防效为92.62%;吡虫啉·溴虫腈混配剂量3g/667m2,药后7d对桃蚜的校正防效为90.85%。Synergistic effects of binary mixtures of imidacloprid, diafenthiuron or chlorfenapyr were determined by leaf-dipping method to delay the production and development of insecticide resistance for Myzus persicae. The optimal ratios for imidacloprid.diafenthiuron (1:8.5) and imidaeloprid-ehlorfenapyr (1:3.8) were screened with evident synergistic activity, and their co-toxicity coefficients (CTC) were 250.11 and 201.51, respectively. The field trials showed that the calibration control efficacy of imidacloprid.diafenthiuron and imidacloprid-chlorfenapyr against green peach aphid was 92.62% and 90.85%, respectively at the application rate of 14 g/667 m2 and 3 g/667 m2 on the 7 th day after spraying.
