摘　　要：毛泽东统筹兼顾思想是中共领导中国革命和建设取得成功的重要的方法论源泉。统筹兼顾是新时期科学发展的根本方法,也是当前我国公共文化服务体系建设必须遵循和充分运用的方法。在建设和完善我国公共文化服务体系过程中应着力统筹兼顾资金、技术、物力、人力等要素以及不同单位、不同领域、不同区域、不同主体等各方面关系,妥善处理好各类矛盾和问题。Mao Zedong thought of overall consideration is one of the methodological sources for the Communist Party of China to achieve the success of Chinese revolution and construction. Overall consideration is the fundamental way of scientific development in the new era and the one that must be followed and practiced in constructing the public cultural service system. In the process, factors such as fund, technology, material and people and relationships of different units, fields, regions and subjects should be taken into overall consideration to properly handle various contradictions or problems.
