摘 要:通过采用电加热器加热发动机冷却水的方法,研究外加热源对发动机起动暖机过程的影响。安排了原机、同步加热、预先加热、热机起动、预热+同步加热、热机+同步加热6种方案进行试验研究,重点分析了各方案对发动机冷却水、机油与排气的温升和转速等的影响。试验结果表明,同步加热、预热和热机等基础方案对发动机起动水温和油温的建立均有不同程度的改善;而预热+同步加热和热机+同步加热的联合方案进一步扩大了基础方案对起动性能的改善效果,并降低了能耗。The effects of external heat source on the start and warm-up process of engine are studied by heating the cooling water of engine with electric heater. 6 schemes are arranged for experimental study, including o- riginal, synchronous heating, preheating, warm start, preheating + synchronous heating and warm engine + syn- chronous heating, with the effects of different schemes on the temperature rises of cooling water, oil and exhaust gas and engine speed emphatically analyzed. Experimental results show that the basic schemes of synchronous heating, preheating and warm start all lead to different degrees of improvement in building up water and oil temperatures dur- ing engine start; while the combination schemes of preheating + synchronous nous heating further amplify the effects of start performance sumption of energy. heating and warm engine + synchro- improvement by basic schemes and also reduce the consumption of energy.
