摘 要:首先从个体和群体特征两方面分析汽车产品协同开发的E-learning行为的影响因素;接着根据组织行为学相关理论,将参与汽车产品协同开发E-learning的员工个体特征与企业群体特征视为相互影响的动态过程,建立适应动态变化模拟的状态变量和作用规则。最后,采用C++语言编写模拟程序,并通过举例进行有效性验证。结果表明,所开发的程序能够表达互动行为的模型,和模拟不同状态下参与汽车产品协同开发E-learning员工的行为演化。Firstly the affecting factors of E-learning behavior in automotive products collaborative develop- ment are analyzed. Then according to the related theory of organizational behavioral science, the individual charac- teristics of employees and the group characteristics of the enterprise participating in E-leaning of automotive products collaborative development are regarded as dynamic interactive process, and the state variables and action rules adap- ted to dynamic change simulation are established. Finally the simulation program is developed with C + + language with its effectiveness verified by examples. The results show that the program can represent the model of interaction and simulate the E-learning behavior evolution of employees involved in automotive products collaborative develop- ment in different states.
