摘　　要：文章在指出数字内容产业概念和特征的基础上,对上海数字内容产业发展的现状进行了深入剖析。研究指出上海数字内容产业在整体规模、发展速度、产业集聚以及政府重视等方面具有优势,但也存在很多不足。这些不足表现为产业整体发展不充分、产业基础不完善、发展机制不健全和政策体系不完善等。The paper mainly studies the status quo of Shanghai digital content industry’s development on the basis of the con cept and character of digital content industry.The result shows that Shanghai digital content industry has advantages on the as pects of total scale,development speedy,industrial cluster and government’s attention.It also has much limitations,which are the whole development of industry is not enough,the basis of industry is not complete,the mechanism of development is distempered,and system of policies is not systemic.
