烧烫伤生肤剂的抗炎和镇痛作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察烧烫伤生肤剂的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法采用不同的炎症和疼痛模型观察烧烫伤生肤剂对实验动物的抗炎和镇痛作用。结果烧烫伤生肤剂能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀及蛋清所致的大鼠足趾肿胀。镇痛实验显示,烧烫伤生肤剂能使醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数明显减少,扭体反应的潜伏期显著延长,并提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈值。结论烧烫伤生肤剂具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of skin growth-promoting agent for bums. Method Different models were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of skin growth-promoting a- gent for bums. Results The ear edema of mice resulted by dimeihylbenzene and the inflammatory paw swelling of rat in- duced by egg white were released by skin growth-promoting agent for burns. The analgesic study showed that the number of body sprain and prolonged the sprain incubation period of mice caused by abdominal of acetic acid were reduced, and the pain threshold of hot stimulus in mice was improved. Conclusion Skin growth-promoting agent for burns has been shown significant effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
