摘  要:为研究微型谷物联合收割机清选系统的旋风清选筒内流场的运动状况,借助FLUENT软件,采用RNG k-ε模型模拟,基于SMPLEC算法,对切线入口的旋风分离筒内的压力场和速度场进行三维数值模拟研究。通过数值模拟得到旋风分离筒内部压力场基本呈轴对称分布;清选筒内速度分为旋流和竖直流动,其分界面大致为吸杂管壁面向下的延长线。采用拉格朗日离散相模型对清选筒内谷物脱出物的运动轨迹进行追踪,得到在吸杂口的气压为-900~-600 Pa时清选筒内具有较好的分离效果。In order to study the internal flow field of the air cleaning system for mini-harvester,the pressure field and velocity field in a tangential inlet cyclone separator was simulated based on FLUENT software,RNG k-ε equation and SMPLEC.Through numerical simulation,it was obtained that the cyclone separator tube internal pressure field presented a basic ax symmetric distribution.And the gas flow in cleaning tube was divided into rotational flow and vertical flow which was separated along the extension line of the aspiration channel.In order to track the trajectory of grain,the motion the particulate phase was simulated by DPM model.While the pressure was between-900Pa and-600Pa at inlet scoop,there was a better separation result in the cleaning tube.
