摘　　要：日本是世界上老龄化程度最高的国家,一直在不断地发展和完善社会保障制度,现在已经形成了相当完善和成熟的社会保障制度与体系。通过日本老龄社会保障制度,结合中国目前的社会保障制度,对我国老年保障制度的发展提出相应对策:一是制定政策,完善法律法规;二是建立养老保障行政机构;三是多层次的养老保障制度。Social security of the aged is one of the core contents of social security.which is also related to the health operation and sustainable development of the country and social.Japan is the country with the highest level of aging in the world, which is constantly develop and perfect the social security system. Now.Japan has already formed quite perfect and mature social security regime and system.Through introducing and analyzing the social security system of the Japanese aging, according to China＇s present social security system.the paper puts forward some corresponding measures for the country＇s aging security system.
