摘 要:目的了解对口护理高职学生、授课教师对教学情况的反馈,以制定合理的教学策略,提升教学质量。方法采用自设问卷,对260名对口护理高职学生进行问卷调查;对6名教师和17名学生进行访谈。结果对口护理高职生有不同于普通高职生的教学需求,51.15%的被调查者表示对教学不满意,而授课教师和管理者对对口生缺乏深入了解,影响了教学效果。结论对口护理高职生的教学应与普通高职教学区分开来,应根据对口生特点制订更加合理、科学的教学对策。Objective To get the feedback from teachers and students,and to design more reasonable teaching strategies and improve teaching qualities. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 260 nursing college students from secondary technical schools,and 6 teachers and 17 students were in-depth interviewed. Results In-depth interview and questionnaire investigation analysis showed that teaching satisfaction assessment rate was low with 51.15% unsatisfied. Students' desires for knowledge and learning were different. Teachers and administrators ignore the differences which influence the teaching results. Conclusion The teaching for college students from secondary technical schools and from high school should be different. A more reasonable and scientific teaching program suited for the college students from secondary technical schools should be made according to their characteristics and demanding.
