581例患者对护理专业男生实习行为接受情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解患者对护理专业男生实习行为的接受情况。方法采用问卷调查法对581例患者就其对护理专业男生实习行为的接受情况进行调查。结果 581例患者中在搬运患者、铺床、生命体征测量等无创操作对男生接受率最高,不同性别、年龄、学历、居住地域、科室的患者比较没有差异;健康教育用药指导方面总体接受率也较高,高学历和居住城市患者相对较低;静点、肌注、采血等有创操作方面,老年和内科患者对男生的接受率偏低;急救监护和病情观察方面患者对男生接受程度较低,且高学历和城市患者更低;备皮、导尿、灌肠等隐私操作方面,女患者对男生的接受率低。结论患者对护理专业男生实习行为的接受有选择性;不同性别、年龄、学历、居住地、所患疾病的患者对男生实习行为的接受率差别较大。建议扬长避短,合理安排男生实习科室,不同患者安排针对性实习行为,提高实习质量。Objective To understand the patients＇ acceptance situation of male nursing students. Methods A questionnaire was used on 581 patients to investigate their acceptance situation. Results In 581 patients,noninvasive operation such as transferring patients,making the bed,vital sign measurements etc. ,get the highest acceptance rate and there is no difference among gender,age,education,residential area,departments; the overall acceptance rate to health education and medication guidance is higher,though higher education and city patients＇ acceptance rates are relatively low;for intravenous or intramuscular injection,phlebotomizing and other invasive operations,elderly and internal medicine patients are not willing to accept male nursing students to do it. The acceptance rate is low on emergency monitoring and observation on patients, especially in higher education and city patients; skin preparation,catheterization,enema and other privacy operation,female patients have low acceptance rate. Conclusion Patients＇ acceptance for male nursing students is optional;there have significantly different acceptance rates among gender,age ,education ,place of residence ,and disease of patients on male nursing students. It is suggested that different positive internship should be acted according to the different patients. In order to promote the quality of practice ,strengths should be fostered and weakness should be circumvented.
