摘  要:进入新世纪以来,我国教师教育发生了一系列显著的变化,直属师范大学进行免费师范生培养,综合型大学设置教师教育专业,大量新建本科高校师范、非师范专业并存。在这一开放的教师教育背景下,教师来源的多样化,教师素质的综合化,教育需求的多元化,学生需求的个性化等综合表现,对高师院校教师教育专业人才培养方案的构建,特别是培养模式的创新提出了越来越紧迫的要求。With the advent of the new century,great changes have been taken place on teacher education.The undergraduates in the six Ministry of Education-run universities feast the rights of free education.Several comprehensive universities have established the major of pedagogical education,which are also coexisted with other majors in many recent-found provincial colleges and universities.Based on the background of opening up of teacher education,the requirements of teacher exhibited in the manner of pluralistic in teacher source,comprehension in teacher quality,diversity in education requirements and personalized requirements for students.All these changes give us impetus to reform and build new training program for pedagogical education,especially on the innovation of talents training pattern.The present paper reflected the experiences and deliberation of the building of innovative pilot area on Chemistry and Biology teacher education in Huainan Normal University.
