摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等方法,对苏州市古城区老年人参与体育健身活动指导情况进行调查与分析,并对存在的问题提出相应对策,旨在为苏州市古城区老年人参与体育健身活动提供科学参考。By using the methods of documents,investigation and statistics,this article investigates and analyses the present situation on participation in physical fitness activities guidance in the old city area of Suzhou,and provides some relevant strategies for the existing problems and some scientific references for elderly to participate in physical fitness activities guidance in the old city area of Suzhou.
