摘 要:以雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,对常氧和低氧两种氧环境下不同运动强度对红系细胞的影响分别进行研究,结果表明:单纯的低氧刺激可以提高红系细胞氧运输能力;低氧环境进行中、高强度训练对增强血液运输氧气能力的效果明显优于常氧环境训练;低氧环境无训练组进行一次中、高强度运动和高训组进行一次极限强度运动提高血液运输氧气能力显著好于常氧环境相应组别。Taking male SD rats as study objects,this article analyses that the influences of different intensity to oxygen transport capacity of erythrocyte under the circumstance of normoxic and hypoxic.The results show that hypoxia stimulation can raise the oxygen transport capacity of erythrocyte;the effect of mid-high intensity to oxygen transport capacity of erythrocyte under the circumstance of hypoxic was better than normoxic training;the raised oxygen transport capacity of erythrocyte effect of oxygen-free training team that trained one time mid-high intensity exercise and high intensity training team that trained one time maximum strength training is better than those teams under normal oxygen condition.
