摘　　要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定复方黄芪口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(1:2)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,紫外检测波长为205 nm。结果黄芪甲苷浓度在(0.01～2)mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.8%,RSD为2.36%。结论建立的方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于复方黄芪口服液的质量控制。Objective We intended to establish an RP-HPLC method for quantitative determination of astragaloside IV in fufanghuangqi oral liquid. Method The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 050 mm× 3.9 ram, 5μm） with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid （1：2） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The ultraviolet detection wavelength was 205 nm. Result The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 0.01-2 mg/mL （r=0.9998）. The average recovery was 96.8%, and the RSD was 2.36% （n=6）. Conclusion This method, which was simple, accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility, could be used for quality control of fufanghuangqi oral liquid.
