摘　　要：高校校园文化是大学在长期办学实践中所逐步形成的一种独特的文化,是高等学校教育的重要组成部分。校园文化活动的开展应按照胡锦涛总书记"两个全体青年"的要求,围绕社会主义核心价值体系,塑造大学精神,发挥育人功能,构建和谐校园。校园文化建设涉及到高校建设的各个部门和各个方面,促进校园文化建设功能的发挥,促进校园文化内容和形势的统一,是实现科学发展观的重要保证。College campus culture, a unique culture formed in the long-term school running, is an important part of higher education. Campus cultural activities should be launched in accordance with the require- ments put forward by General Secretary Hu Jintao, centering on the socialist core value system to form a campus spirit, cultivate talents and build a harmonious campus. Involving many a department and field, the construction of campus culture should be guided by the Scientific Outlook of Development, ensuring that its functions are given full play and the content and form of campus culture are united.
