摘　　要：高校教师测评结果在很大程度上受到师生心理因素的影响,表现为教师和学生的一种心理博弈。运用博弈论的分析方法,对高校教师测评过程中师生之间如何达成良好的心理沟通进行分析,有助于提高高校教师测评结果的可靠性,促进高校教学工作的发展。The testing result of university teachers is subject to the influence of psychological factors to a great extent, much like a psychological game between the teachers and students. Through an analysis to the testing ways in which the teachers and students can have good psychological communication with the help of game theory, this paper hopes to provide some references to improve the reliability of testing resuits of university teachers.
