摘　　要：目的探讨机械通气患者留置胃管方法，以提高置管成功率，减少插管过程中的不良反应。方法选择2011年1月-12月64例机械通气患者留置胃管的方法，并记录一次性插管的成功率及插管过程中不良反应的发生。结果58例患者在导丝引导下均顺利通过食道，6例导管插入时有阻挡感，经旋转、提拉导丝，稍加用力后也顺利插入，操作过程中无食管粘膜损伤及食管破裂情况发生。结论机械通气患者在镇静状态下应用导丝引导留置胃管一次性成功率高、时间短、且不良反应少。Objective： To explore the method of indwelling gastric tube for patients with mechanical ventilation, in order to improve the success rate of catheterization, reduce the adverse reaction of intubation.Methods from 2011 January to December, 64 cases of gastric tube indwelling in patients with mechanical ventilation, the adverse reaction rate and intubation process and record of disposable intubation.Results of the 58 patients in the guide wire guided smoothly through the esophagus, 6 cases of catheter insertion with a barrier, the rotation, pulling wire, a little hard after the successful insertion, no damage and esophageal mucosa rupture occurred during operation.Conclusion mechanical ventilation patients in application of guide wire guiding tube high one-time success rate, time is short, and less adverse reaction under sedation.
