摘　　要：介绍了钢铁零件Ni-Fe-W电刷镀层金相试样的制备方法.该方法具有制样迅速,棱边不倒圆、侵蚀结果重现性好、清晰显示镀层和基村组织等优点.A new method for metallographic sample preparation and etching of Ni-Fe-W coating on a num-ber of different steel substrates formed by brush electroplating technique is described. It permits good edge reten-tion , reproducible results with a clear view of the interface contrast between the coating and steel base.
