摘　　要：目的对急性阑尾炎患者的护理措施进行分析和探讨。方法对本院接诊的45例急性阑尾炎患者进行术前护理，消除患者的紧张情绪，使患者能够积极的配合治疗，在术后对患者进行切口、疼痛等护理，促进患者的身体康复。结论通过有效的护理，45例患者均康复出院，对护理效果十分满意。讨论对急性阑尾炎患者实施有效的术前和术后护理，能够促进患者的身体康复，减少患者的住院时间，使患者快速康复。Objective on discussion for analysis and nursing measures of acute appendicitis patients.Reception at the methods on 45 patients with acute appendicitis patients with preoperative care, eliminate patients ＇ nerves, so that patients can actively treating, incision in postoperative patients, pain care, promoting the physical rehabilitation of patients.Resulted in the adoption of effective care, 45 patients have been discharged from care effect is very satisfying.Discussion on effective acute appendicitis patients preoperative and postoperative care, can contribute to the physical rehabilitation of patients, reduced patient length of stay, and enables rapid recovery.
