摘 要:目的通过比较分析不同级别城市的二级综合医院脑卒中患者对康复服务的满意度,探索综合医院康复医学科管理方面存在的问题。方法自设脑卒中康复服务患者满意度调查表,对县级市和直辖市2所二级综合医院康复医学科脑卒中患者进行比较分析。结果患者对直辖市综合医院康复服务的移情性和有形性评价高于县级市医院,对服务响应性评价低于县级市医院,差异具有统计学意义;患者对2所医院脑卒中康复服务的经济性评价均较低。结论通过采取改善医务人员行为、提高医院管理水平、健全康复服务体系建设3个层面的措施,有针对性地提高不同级别城市二级综合医院康复科脑卒中康复服务水平。Objective Through the comparative analysis of stroke patients satisfaction to rehabilitation service of second grade general hospitals in cities of different levels, to explore the management problems in rehabilitation department of general hospital. Methods Two second grade general hospital, separately in a county level city and a municipality city , were selected to conduct a self-designed questionnaire survey of 229 stroke patients, which measured the stroke pa- tient satisfaction to rehabilitation service. Results The patients' evaluation of the stroke rehabilitation service on the three attributes, which are empathy, tangibility and responsiveness, differs significantly, Both two hospitals patients gave low evaluation on the economics attribute of the service. Conclusion The quality of the stroke rehabilitation service in second grade general hospitals of different cities could be improved in three ways: improving the behavior of medical staff, the management level of hospitals, and the construction of the rehabilitation service system.
