摘　　要：目的探讨大学及附属医院在对口支援工作中发挥更好作用的方法。方法回顾性分析中南大学及附属医院在国家新医改背景下对医疗对口支援工作模式和机制的创新和效果。结果该校通过模式和机制创新,医疗对口支援工作取得良好成效。结论大学及附属医院利用学科建设和人才培养等优势,创新性地开展医疗对口支援工作,可取得更好成效。Objective To explore how the hospital partner assistance program （HPAP） get more considerable achieve- ment by medical schools and their affiliated hospitals in China. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the innovative methods and the effects of HPAP to assist county hospitals by Central South University and its affiliated hospitals under the new health reform background. Results The assisted hospitals get considerable development by using the innovative models of HPAP. Conclusions The medical schools could make HPAP more effectively by innovation, depending on the advantage of discipline construction and professional training.
