摘　　要：本文就光电测量提出了以ＣＣＤ 进行视频捕获，将获得的视频图象通过采集卡滤波、Ａ／Ｄ 转换为数字图象，存储在计算机内存中，根据具体要求选择相应的算法，由计算机对其进行分析处理－With the development of modern electronic technology,the CCD video camera and the image processing technology are improced at very fast speed.All that are advantageous for video analyzes.And now a image processing system is put forward,it is composed of CCD video camera,A/D commutation,CDW ROM and computer.This paper mainly discusses the system includes CCD video camera,CA MPE 1000 image capture card,computer and some assistant hardware.The system implements the image capture and processing.The CCD video camera captures the images that will be analyzed,the image capture card covert them into digital signals digital images .Store the digital images in EMS memory,the computer processes the data according to our demand.
