复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究分析复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者的临床疗效。方法：对2009年11月至2011年11月间至我院行青光眼手术的120例患者进行临床回顾性分组研究，其中行复合式小粱切除术的患者60例，行传统小梁切除术的患者60例。观察两组患者术后的眼压、前房形成的情况，对比两组手术的疗效。结果：术后进行了半年的跟踪随访，发现患者的眼压、前房形成的情况，复合式小梁切除术患者均明显好于传统小梁切除术患者，两组数据比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：复合式小梁切除术术后能长期降低、维持、控制青光眼患者的眼压，并能有效防止浅前房的发生，较少青光眼的临床并发症，值得临床推广。Objective To study analysis of compound trobeculeetomy in glaucoma patients with clinical efficacy. Methods from 2009 November to 2011 November to my courtyard glaucoma operation in 120 patients were retrospectively group study, the compound trabeculectomy in patients with 60 cases, traditional trabeculectomy in 60 cases. Two groups were observed in patients with postoperative intraocular pressure, formation of anterior chamber condition, comparing the two groups of operation curative effect. Results postoperative follow--up for half a year, found in patients with anterior chamber intraocular pressure, formation condi- tion, compound trabeculetomy in patients were significantly better than conventional trabeculectomy patients, two sets of data were statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion compound trabeculectomy in the postoperative long--term decrease, main-tain, control of intraocular pressure in glaucoma patients, and can effectively prevent shallow anterior chamber, fewer glaucoma clinical complications, worthy of clinical application.
