摘　　要：目的：分析康惠尔透明贴预防盐酸胺碘酮引起静脉炎的效果。方法：将2011年6月至2012年6月因心律失常使用盐酸胺碘74例病人，随机分成实验组及对照组，每组37例，实验组在外周静脉预防性使用康惠尔透明贴，对照组按常规护理，对两组进行观察及总结。结果：实验组与对照组进行对照，实验组静脉炎的发生率为10．81％，对照组发生率为32．43％，实验组预防性护理优于对照组（p〈0．05）。结论：康惠尔透明贴能降低外周静脉使用胺碘酮引起的静脉炎。objective：To investigate the Prevention effect？ for Clinical effect of？ Kanghuier Transparent Dressing？ on periph-eral vein phlebitis with Amiodarone Hydrochloride. method？： Put the 74 patients who use the amidoaron for arrhythmia during the 2011--6 to 2012--6 divided into test group and contrast group randomized,each group 37 cases. Prevention for Clinical effect of？ Kanghuier Transparent Dressing？ on phlebitis with Amiodarone Hydrochloride as experimental group, control group received routine nursing procedure only. To summarize and observe？ this two groups, results： preventive nursing for experimental group is much better than control group（p〈0. 05）. conclusions： ？ Kanghuier Transparent Dressing may induced the rate of phlebitis caused by Amiodarone Hydrochloride.
