摘　　要：海外发电EPC总承包项目投标报价阶段的风险一直是各界关注的焦点。结合海外发电EPC总承包项目的风险特征,以汇率风险为对象,分析投标报价汇率风险的特点及影响。在此基础上构建投标报价汇率风险的评估与规避模型,并提出风险评估与规避的策略和方法,并通过实际案例研究应用该模型,得到了考虑汇率风险情况下的最低投标报价费用。Bidding quotation risk of international power engineering EPC overall contract project has received great attention in a long time. In this paper, by integrating the risk characteristics of international power engineering EPC overall contract, we analyze the characteristics and impact of exchange rate risk in phase of bidding quotation. Based on the analysis, we present a model for evaluating and mitigating bidding quotation exchange rate risk. In addition, we also present the risk evaluation and mitigation strategies and methods in the model. Finally, we apply this model in a real case and calculate the lowest bidding quotation by considering exchange rate risk.
