摘　　要：详细介绍合规性评价的概念、来源、意义和作用。并以房地产企业为研究背景,以其职业健康、安全管理、环境管理为研究对象,通过分析房地产企业的特点和在HSE(健康、安全、环境)管理体系中适用的法律法规及其他要求,系统地论述房地产企业HSE管理中合规性评价体系的建立与实施。For the real estate enterprises, taking the occupational health and safety management, environmental management as research objectives, this paper describes the concept, origin, meaning and role of the evaluation of compliance. By analyzing the characteristics of real estate enterprises and the applicable laws, regulations and other requirements in HSE （Health, Safety, Environmental） management system, this paper systematically discusses the establishment and implementation of the compliance evaluation system in the HSE management of real estate enter- prises.
