摘　　要：从现代产品质量控制的三个理念即过程控制、全面控制和关键点控制阐述了规范修订的原则。修订的规范对末级过滤器级别要求放宽,工作区截面风速和换气次数有所降低。为加强过程控制,修订后的规范增加了验收检查项目及评估的附录。Expounds the revision principles of the code from the three ideas of quality control of modern products, i.e., process control, total control and key point control. The revised code requires a decreased grade of terminal filters and reduced cross-section area of working zone, air supply velocity and air change rate. The Code adds the appendixes of project acceptance, inspection and assessment to enhance process control.
