摘  要:针对燃气热电厂燃气燃烧和排烟余热的特点,采用防腐型高效烟气冷凝热回收装置对燃气锅炉房进行了节能改造,建立了模拟电厂排烟余热供热系统,试验研究了燃气热电厂烟气冷凝余热回收利用的节能减排潜力。工程实测表明,在电厂排烟温度为55~103℃的条件下,进入烟气冷凝热回收装置的水温为19~32℃时,烟气温度可降到30~39℃;烟气温度每降低10℃对应的节能率为1.4%~3.2%;单位容量(1t/h)锅炉每天产生0.7~1.2t烟气冷凝水,可资源化再利用;烟气冷凝水的pH值约为2.4,显现强酸性,设备防腐至关重要。在电厂排烟温度低于100℃时,仍有巨大的节能、节水、减排潜力。According to the characteristics of gas combustion and exhaust smoke heat of the'gas-fired thermal power plant, using the anti-corrosion type and efficient flue gas condensing heat recovery unit, rebuilds the gas boiler room for increasing the energy efficiency, establishes a simulation heating system utilizing exhaust smoke heat of plants and studies the energy saving and emission reduction potential of flue gas condensing heat recovery. Engineering measurement results indicate that, in the condition of smoke temperature is 55 - 103 ℃ and inlet water temperature of the gas condensing heat recovery unit is 19 - 32 ℃, the smoke temperature can be reduced to 30 - 39 ℃ ; the energy saving rate is 1.4%- 3.2% for each 10 ℃ dropping of smoke temperature; meanwhile 0.7- 1.2 tons of flue gas condensate water is produced for 1 t/h of boiler capacity per day for recycling use; and the pH value of flue gas condensate water is about 2.4, appearing strongly acidic, so it is very important to prevent equipment corrosion. Even if the temperature of power plant exhaust smoke is below 100℃, there still is a great potential for energy saving, water saving and emission reduction.
